🚚 Delivery Coverage

We deliver products all over Bangladesh, including both Dhaka city and outside districts.

⏱ Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

• Outside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days depending on the courier service and your location.

Note: Delivery times may vary during special promotions, holidays, or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

💰 Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge applies (shown during checkout).

• Outside Dhaka: Courier charges vary depending on location and product weight. The exact charge will be displayed before confirming the order.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

• Customers will receive an order confirmation call/message before dispatch.

🔒 Shipping & Handling

• All products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

• Customers are advised to check the product packaging for tampering or damage before accepting delivery.

❌ Delivery Restrictions

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most areas. However, in certain remote locations, customers may be required to make advance payment.

• We do not deliver outside Bangladesh at the moment.
